What was Trinity Trek? How did we all get get involved?
Starting on Monday 13th July, the community of Trinity tried to collectively complete the Trinity Trek, covering a total distance of 3,557 miles (the distance from Trinity to Cairo - linked to Autumn Term's KS2 topic: Ancient Egyptians) in 2 weeks by completing active miles through walking, running, cycling, skate boarding, etc.

We all recorded our miles on Google Forms to track how far we had traveled collectively.
Daily social media posts including photos were posted every day to show our efforts.
What were we raising money for?
We were raising money to help the school recoup some of the lost income incurred by Covid-19 to ensure the quality of provision at the school is maintained and to financially support the children's education at Trinity.
A 'Just Giving' page was set up for the community and general public to make donations.
We raised a staggering £2,500 for our school! Thank you to everyone who kindly donated.

Amazon Wish List
In place of our usual Summer Term fundraisers, which were unable to take place due to Covid-19 restrictions within schools, FOT created an Amazon Wish List, containing the Trinity Top 20 Reading Books for each year group for parents to purchase for the school. Many parents have kindly donated books from this list to the school for all children to read and enjoy.
Thank you for your generosity.
