On Friday 18th May, Year 5 and 6 pupils travelled over to Pontesbury Bowling Club to experience the sport of crown green bowling. They learnt all the basic skills from Mr Price, who has played from a young age, and played some games in small teams. Lots of fun was had by all in the morning sunshine. Many of the children turned out to be naturals!
