What a fantastic week of celebrations to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
The children really enjoyed all the Jubilee events they have taken part in, which included the following events and activities:
It was great to end the week by celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee together as a school community by welcoming all parents/carers for a special picnic and show to put everyone in a patriotic spirit for further Jubilee celebrations in half-term.
The children really enjoyed all the Jubilee events they have taken part in, which included the following events and activities:
- Jubilee assemblies
- A whole school write based on ‘The Queen’s Handbag’
- A range of Jubilee tasks in their class to learn about the Queen's 70-year reign
- Creating the special Jubilee artwork for the Village Hall (which have now been installed for the entire community to enjoy)
- Children wore Red/White/Blue on our Celebration Day
