Calling All Story Tellers

29/4/2020

Trinity - if you would like the opportunity of becoming a daily 'Story Teller' on the Trinity Blog and would like to jump at the chance, then listen closely!

Quite simply, choose a short story or a poem which can be read in 3 minutes - no longer! Ask a family member to kindly record you and then email it in to us at:
home-learning@trinity.shropshire.uk
You can be as animated as you like - you could even dress-up!
Our magnificently talented Teaching Assistant Mrs Lowrie-Herz in Class 3 did just this (although you might not just recognise her!) and is today's story teller, in which she delivers an undoubtedly sensational Oscar performance for her rendition of the story 'The Giant Jam Sandwich?
Go Mrs Lowrie-Herz!  Sit back, relax and enjoy!

I really enjoyed the story, you have inspired me to read a story.
My favourite book is a little long but it is called the miraculous journey of Edward Tulane, by Kate Dicamillo.

That sounds like an exciting book. Do as Miss James suggests and choose your favourite part to read. We would love to hear it. Looking forward to meeting you Phoebe.

Thanks Olivia and Sonny. It was good fun although the moustache was a bit ticklish and kept falling off! I'm sure you two would have some fun doing it too!

Phoebe,

You could always read us your favourite part in the story - a couple of pages or even a chapter, depending how long they are. It has to be short for uploading and downloading reasons. Really, we'd love to hear you read the whole story - if we could!
