Have you been taking part in daily workouts with Joe Wicks?

If not, why not join Joe and 800,000 plus children who tune in , all over the world, to his morning workouts, Monday to Friday, which start at 9am and last for 30 minutes. Definitely worth taking part - will leave you feeling invigorated for the rest of the day! Highly recommended.

I'm delighted to hear you've all been taking part, including your parents, and Abbie I agree; starting the day off with exercise really does put you in a happy and positive state of mind for the rest of the day.
