Little Miss Resilient would like you to celebrate your qualities and gifts (natural talents) today.

You can make your own box if you have a printer at home, if not then find a small box to decorate. Here is a link to print off a box template. Then, all you'll need to decorate are some  colouring in pencils/felt-tip pens and maybe some stickers.

This activity, is about recognising and appreciating the gifts and qualities that you have.

Once you have made/found and decorated your box, you then need to sit down and write your qualities and gifts on small pieces of paper which will then go inside your box. Fill your box with as many as you would like. The idea is to identify and appreciate 'who you are inside'.

Your qualities may be: loyal, thoughtful, helpful, funny and your gifts may be: mathematician, writer, speaker, story teller, artistic, athletic, to name but a few.

Once you have finished, share these gifts and qualities with your family and describe why you chose each one and give examples as to why you chose these qualities.

So remember, today is about recognising who you are inside and celebrating your special qualities and gifts. Be confident and proud of who you are.
